Aww, this was so cute! >w< The way you wrote this made it sound kind of like a song almost, with the letters and how you described it. I like your approach to this, about how a lot of people don't take that phrase seriously. I felt some of the lines didn't flow as well, but it might have been me. Try reading it aloud.

The thing I loved most about this poem is the way you broke down the notion of love and examined it from the literal standpoint of the letters. Interesting concept. Great job!

I agree with Gabriella to an extent, she pointed out the little cliche parts to your poem and I think it's a bit redundant to out them to your attention again.

In the line "When I say "I love you", unlike them of course," I would personally say 'Them' not 'them' only to emphisize the fact that you stand appart from the rest of the public in knowing what love truly is.

I like the twist in this verse: "So when you say those eight little letters, Three big words, and one true meaning," It's different and refreshing.

I just think this poem needs a bit of adjusting by making it a bit less cliche since so many people try being poetic with "Love". It's a good start, keep it up.
