I give it an 8 out of ten, partly because cancer stories are a little too sad for me usually. It reminded me of this Buffy episode ("The Body") which is probably the highest compliment I can give. It was so sad and yet so simple.

I know I've read this already, but I just had to go over it again. It's deep emotion and imagery really made me feel how the main character was feeling.
