6 chapters / 11279 words

Approximately about 1 hour to read

Mirabelle DeMona washes up on some random island coming out of the pool during swim practice, and she has no idea what's going on. Soon she finds herself on a quest to bring back a nameless Queen, avoiding the deadly octopi and the omnious Cactuslands, and perhaps even falling in love with the white-eyed army page Foster. Maybe she should be glad that it isn't a dream afterall.
**Inspired by Alice in Wonderland but COMPLETELY original!**

You have a very original and fantastical idea going on here. I really like what I've read so far--which is just a chapter--but it's super good. Nice job!

I love the idea. I actually have never read Alice in Wonderland, if it is a book since I don't know. This book was very creative, and I will be back to read more. I loved the description, that only made me want to read it more. Great job, and keep writing.

i read chapter one, and its really great! the only thing is that the beginning seems too rushed...maybe add a little bit more detail about her swimming laps and such before jumping straight into finding this other place. great job! :)

Wow! Very different, and very well written. I really liked that you weren't afraid to make things a bit silly. A lot of the work here is pretty serious, and a lot of the time people forget the value of amusement. I really liked how the story had a slightly creepy tone behind all of the silliness. Great job!
