Oh, my. While reading this, I was thinking of the lyrics to "On My Own" and it really added to your work. It made me feel so much emotion for her. Great job.

I picked this to read because I recognized the title from Les Mis, and then I saw you based it off of that and I was like, "YESSSS!!!!" I love how you modernized it :) The one thing I did see was that your dialogue seems very forced. Try making it seem more natural:

"When you're with me, you are (italics for "are") dreaming, but I can make it a reality. I promise." (italics for "promise")

When you're writing dialogue, always read it back to yourself out loud and see how it sounds. See how you phrase it, what little words you add it, where you pause, etc. That helps to make it more realistic.

Other than that, great job!
