A smart, intriguing read that had me scrolling to read more and wishing there was more when I came to the very end. Goosebumping in the vein of Edgar Allen Poe meets Dickens. Terrific story. Strong plotting. 3-D characters. Victorian gothic with light touches of horror. A sly wit underlies everything Blighter says and does. There are even a few laugh out loud dark humor moments. Kudos to Miss Bender! :)
