It was a very bittersweet story loved the countdown it seems like you were building up for something huge at the end. The twist at the end was unexpected and surprising.

Oh my goodness, that ending was quite a twist.

The format you used was really effective for this story - counting down to the "ending". I like the way you set up the bond between them, as it left most, if not all of of us thinking we knew what was coming in the end.

Aside from this review, I'm speechless. I'm not sure whether or not I wish more had happened with them. This was really, really well done.
