This is so beautiful. There should be more gentlemen in the modern world like you.

Hi, I'd just like to point out that a lot of people think poetry shouldn't be explained because if the lines are well written, people should understand. I however realise that the piece you've written has a lot of depth and hidden meaning to you. If you hadn't told us, we wouldn't have known. Thanks so much for explaining, it's gorgeous.

The piece is beautiful and I actually love that you showed the meaning behind it so I could understand your more subtle metaphors. Really great job! :)

Wow. This is absolutely beautiful. You have an extremely rare gift of insight. Personally, I have a hard time making my chaotic brain focus on one thing at a time. I think so much that I can't make myself finish one thought, since I have so many other things to think about waiting in line to be thought through. It's crazy. But reading this piece (along with other works of yours), I find that you obviously have an extravagant clarity of mind. And honestly, I'm jealous. Since my brain is so stuffed all the time, it makes writing more difficult. But enough about me. This piece is amazing. I have no corrections, or critiques, or fixations; nothing. Great work. I look forward to reading more of your things.

I really liked all the symbolism behind the words. There were, what, 26 in the whole poem and all of them carried one or more meanings. I also thought it was sweet of you to write a poem for the girl.
