Store Policy

I reserve the right to decline requests whose contents make me uncomfortable. That includes:

- Excessively bloody, gory stuff (it makes me sick to look at -- if you insist on paying me back another way, please don't buy me tickets for me to watch Jurassic Park in 3D!)
- Suggestive imagery or themes (regardless of the couple in question)
- Half-dressed people (so no shirtless guys with big muscles or women in bikinis)
- Religious imagery
- Titles with rude language

Please note that the covers I design are not to be used commercially.

Payment

My cover making services come at a very small cost: for each graphic I make for you, read and review any one story of mine. And make sure that you credit my name.

    Book Title: Time Shifts

    Byline none

    Author Name none

Story Summary: Holmes had been coming to terms with life in the 22nd Century, but when he falls quite seriously ill he begins to miss and grieve for Watson, who was not returned to life with him. As he becomes worse, he starts to think that perhaps his new way of life is only one of his strange dreams.

    Genre: hurt/comfort

Ideas: perhaps something that hints at Holmes not knowing which era he is actually in? maybe something that mixes Victorian Holmes and 22century Holmes together, maybe the shadow of Holmes on the modern aged 221b door, a rundown Victorian gravestone set in the modern city.

    Specific Images: none

Other, I'm not sure, let me know if you need more ideas for it, thank you so much =)

    Alrighty! Here ya go:

I'm sorry if the text and the silhouette of Sherlock don't entirely fit the picture.... I tried some other variations but this seemed to be the best.

Book Title [I'd be pretty lost without one of these!]: River and The Doctor (Sorry for the name change, I like this one better.)

Byline ["a novel by so-and-so," etc.]:

Author Name [or pen name]: Zuzu

Story Summary: It's a Doctor Who Haiku about how River in the Doctor love each other, but never at the same time.

Genre [so I get an idea of what sort of mood the cover should have]: Drama

Ideas: Something simple, maybe a picture of the two ( I love the one of them in The Day Of The Moon where they are fighting the Silence.) Maybe just her journal.

Specific Images [please leave links to them here and I will try to incorporate them into the cover]: N/A

Other [anything else you'd like to mention that I haven't already addressed above]: No overlays, simple is key!

    Thanks!!!!!!

    Book Title: The Occupied Roof

Byline ["a novel by so-and-so," etc.]: none

    Author Name [or pen name]:none

Story Summary: AU Sherlock&John meeting. When soldier John Watson returns from the war he finds that he and the life he left behind are not the same now and he does not know how to return to it and when he goes to end his life on a certain roof he finds that a strange someone is already there ahead of him with the same idea and neither of them want to find a different roof. No slash.

    Genre: Angst/Hurt comfort

Ideas: Hhmm.. Maybe two shadows standing beside each other? A hand held out to another? maybe a army doctor uniform design lying beside Sherlock's scarf. maybe two shadows being cast down into the street from a roof?

Other: I don't think so.. I hope I gave enough suggestions.

Book Title [I'd be pretty lost without one of these!]: Just a Dream

    Byline ["a novel by so-and-so," etc.]: n/a

Author Name [or pen name]: Rose Waters

Story Summary: Chance has never had a night without a nightmare. Chance never remembers his dreams, either. When given a chance to find relief, Chance may find himself stuck in the dream world...forever.

Genre [so I get an idea of what sort of mood the cover should have]: Adventure

Ideas: I'm not sure...you can have free rein! Basically my main character has to face these nightmares of his in order to see the dream king and get back home. Oh, and he enters the dream world from a green light under his bed. Not sure if that helps, but it might give some ideas! :D

Specific Images [please leave links to them here and I will try to incorporate them into the cover]: n/a

Other [anything else you'd like to mention that I haven't already addressed above]: Its kind of scary, but not overly scary.

    Thanks!

    COVER

Book Title: The Mad Mad Ramblings of Dr. Pariah

    Byline:

Author Name [or pen name]: Nathan Rigdon

Story Summary: It is a collection of short stories detailing the adventures of Dr. Pariah and his faithful assistant, Douglas Bellaire. From there, things take a turn for the strange.

Genre: It is sort of sci fi? It had science in it, but it is mostly philosophy and crazy theories. Dry humor. Dark humor. Sarcasm. Contorversial things. Violence. (Most of these do not need to be included in the cover.)

Ideas: I kind of want a a picture of a man in a dirty, grease stained, white, dress shirt readjusting a nonexistant tie. (That is one of Dr. Pariah's many quirks.)

If that is not viable, then a few other things are; the Dr. Lives in an observatory that is missing a telescope.

Also, toasters are very important to the story. (Don't ask why... it just happened.)

Specific Images: Unfortunenately... I do not have one.

Other: If you read the first chapter of the book, then you will be able to get the feel of it without having to go through all of the darker, grittier bits.

    Thank you for your time.

    Book Title: Near Sight

    Byline:

Author Name: I will add this one later.

Story Summary: On the world of Jirdia, people have the extraordinary gift of seeing into the far far future, not that knowing what the world will be like a hundred years into the future would be all that interesting, so nobody really cares. But then the sight just stops. Everyone sees nothing. It is believed that a disaster is coming to befall Jirdia where everyone's gonna die, so naturally all panic breaks loose. To try and figure out a way to stop the disaster by finding the source of the disaster, the elders try to consult a "Near Sighter," a person with a rare gene string which makes them see into the immediate near future, so they go and find the cliche protagonist, a cliche girl who is cliche.

The cliche girl who is cliche has light blue hair and purple eyes.

Genre: Fantasy / Science Fiction / mainly Adventure

Ideas: I'm thinking the cover could be a closeup-on-some-cliche-person-style cover but focused on TEH EYES, because the story IS about seeing stuff, which translates to TEH EYES. AAAAAHH TEH EYES. OMG.

Book Title: You Paid Me Well In Memories

    Byline none

    Author Name none

Story Summary: It's Sherlock's birthday and John is not doing well. No matter how hard he's tried to keep on living, he knows he is going to give up soon and isn't going to make it. Today is his last and only chance to visit Sherlock's grave to talk and give him his gifts. His dog tags, a book full of notes and memories and the meaning of love as Sherlock watches on in grief. Heavy Angst & No Slash

    Genre: Angst/Hurt comfort

Ideas: a graveyard with someone with a black umbrella... maybe with him kneeling before a headstone. A blue scarf traling through snow leaving a streak of blood. dog tags lying in the snow or the foot of a headstone.

Other: anything that is sad and has to do with old memorys and dog tags and maybe a headstone.
