A hipster and the most popular guy at school hate each other in real life... but, unknown to the both of them, are each other's best friend online.

At least, unknown until now.

This is my most recent contest entry, for the #InternetBesties contest held by Figment! I have to write a story where two people who are best friends hate each other in real life... and I have to write it in under 2,017 words!

If any of you could PLEASE visit my page and let me know what you think of it before the deadline (Feb. 12th), It would make my day!

If you prefer to swap instead of free read I am willing to do so. Just no erotica (I'd rather NOT defy my mother... I already piss her off enough).

Hey there Jesse!

Poetry season is in full effect! And over at The Virtual Cavern, we are currently looking for aspiring poets to help promote, advertise, and grow their work all a part of the return of our “Poetry Podcast”. Depending on the amount of submissions each and every week, we will release a daily, brief, 3-5 minute podcast basically featuring an aspiring poet, and reading one of their written poems/sonnets they have provided to us. We will first discuss a little bit about the featured poet based on the bio they send us, read one of their works, and close with where you can find and read more of his or her works, such as right here on Figment!

If you would like to have an opportunity to have your poem/sonnet feature on our site, simply send us a comment on our Figment Page along with the requested information from above, or shoot us an email at

We hope to hear from you soon!

Hi Jesse!

Thank you so much for finishing your end of the swap! ((: I love your comment so much, but actually the small details such as Natalie's bear, Emily is very important to the story. If they weren't I wouldn't of put them in there in the first place. The small details will speak for themselves towards the end of the book when everything falls into place so. Just wanted to clear that up, but thank you anyways! :D I really appreciate and loved your feedback!

Hello! I was wondering if you'd like to swap? If so, please read the Contract and let me know what you'd like me to read of yours in return. Thanks!
